On 26 October 2026, Ambassador Zhou Jingxing met with Ms. Ragnhild Helene Hennum, Rector of the University of Oslo.

Ambassador Zhou commended the University of Oslo for its contributions to deepening China-Norway cooperation in education, science and technology and expressed his expectation for the university to seize the opportunities from China’s high-level opening-up in the education field to further deepen cooperation with China, bringing greater vitality to China-Norway relations.

Rector Hennum welcomed Ambassador Zhou on his visit and briefed on the University of Oslo and its cooperation with China. She expressed the willingness to deepen cooperation with Chinese universities and research institutions and promote academic and people-to-people exchanges.
