Education Section of Chinese Embassy is the diplomatic agency of the Ministry of Education, the People's Republic of China. Its functions are to:

enhance and encourage the Sino-Norway bilateral educational cooperation and exchanges, facilitate the governmental education agreements and support non-government programmes

protect the rights and interests of Chinese students and scholars in Norway, provide information and consultancy to Norwegians who are interested in studying in China, and promote the Chinese language teaching and studies in Norway

maintain regular contact with the Department of Education And Research, educational institutions, scientific research organizations and other educational organizations in Norway.
