Notice on New Application Form of Consular Legalization

          Please note that starting from 1st Oct, 2017, Application Form of Consular Legalization of the Embassy/
Consulate of the People's Republic of China will come into official use while consular legalization applications 
with Application Form of Notarization/Consular Legalization of the Embassy/Consulate of the People's Republic 
of China will no longer be accepted.

The office of the Consular Section is located at Holmenveien 5,0374 Oslo and is open from 9 AM to 11:30 AM (local time) on working days.
