I. Visa for Hong Kong SAR of China

1. Norwegian citizens with valid Norwegian passports enjoy a visa-free period of up to 90 days for a visit to Hong Kong SAR for fun or for general business purposes. But for the purpose of education, employment, training, investment, residence or Working Holiday scheme, Norwegian citizens need visas and they are advised to contact the Immigration Department of HKSAR and make the application directly. 2. For citizens of other countries, please visit the Immigration department of HKSAR at http://www.immd.gov.hk/eng/services/visas/visit-transit/visit-visa-entry-permit.html#part2 to check whether they need visas or not. If visa is required, please submit the application documents directly to the Immigration Department of HKSAR. 

3. For the purpose of education, employment, training, investment, residence or Working Holiday scheme, applicants are advised to contact the Immigration Department of HKSAR and apply for the visa directly.  

II. Visa for Macao SAR of China

1. Visas are required for citizens from Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam to enter Macao SAR of the People's Republic of China. However, diplomatic passport holders from the above-mentioned 6 countries can enter Macao SAR without visa.

2. For the citizens of other countries, they can either enter Macao SAR without visa or make an entry permit (visa-upon-arrival) application upon their arrival at Macao.
